Retained work for one organisation, and the model for the kind of work to grow.

What it is

A retainer-based digital and advocacy role — and the shape the rest of the work is meant to take.

Unite for Rights is a retainer: digital and advocacy work for the organisation, whose founder is Kirk Boyd.

What comes out of it is documents. Two are drafted: "The 2048 Method, Executable", a strategic memo, and a full feature spec for Clerk AI on the staging website.

The retainer is expanding by about ten hours a month; that expansion is in progress.

Beyond its own deliverables, this is the reference case. It is the model for the kind of work to grow — which makes it the thing other work gets compared against, and the reason the hours here are worth defending.

Two drafts, one expansion under way, one staging site to put them into. That is the whole of it as written down.
