Creator Codex

A creator's whole catalog, distilled into a document they can sell.

What it is

Harvest the catalog. Distill the frameworks. Hand the creator a Codex.

Creator Codex is a service venture: take a content creator's video catalog and turn it into distilled framework deliverables — "Codex" IP documents the creator can sell or use.

The machine underneath is a harvester. It takes a creator's catalog, their transcripts and their comments and turns them into a structured corpus; the Codex is distilled from that. The plan is to build the harvester before any outreach.

Monetization is built in for both sides. That's a design constraint, not a later add-on.

It's positioned to sell to Skool.com community owners from day one, with an eye on selling to Skool itself later. The positioning was decided in September 2026. No creator has been chosen yet.

It's also the first product of the autonomous company idea: once a corpus exists, the outreach to creators can be automated.

The road ahead

Harvester first. Outreach second. Skool itself on the horizon.
