What it is

An agent that knows what it costs. Zero shuts it off; profit spins up more of it.

An automated company run by an agent that knows its own funding: it shuts off when the balance hits zero, and spins up new agents when it turns a profit.

The balance is the governor. Nothing else decides how large the company gets — profit is the only permission to grow, and zero is the only stop. Size is an outcome of the ledger rather than a plan.

The first product is Creator Codex, with the agent doing the outreach to creators itself.

It is an idea as of September 2026, written down after a run of venture proposals — and of the two threads, the one that currently holds more interest than the competition that produced it.

The dependency is blunt: it needs Creator Codex to have a working harvester and at least one paying creator. Without that, the agent has nothing to sell and no balance to spend.

The road ahead

Something to sell first. Then let it do the selling.
